Blinds by Elegance is a company based on the Isle of Wight and have been trading since 1979. We now only sell our pleated blinds online for Clement Conservation Rooflights®

Since meeting with Clement Windows in February 2011 we have begun manufacturing pleated blinds specifically for Clement Conservation Rooflights® with two ranges of cellular fabrics, one translucent and one blackout with 16 colours in both!
